What we offer?
Portable and Benchtop Pneumatic and Hydraulic Pressure Pumps and comparators up to 5000 bar (75 000 lb/in²). Hydraulic Pressure Pumps are available on oil as well as Water and are offerred with or without Pressure Indicators / controllers.
MTR offers Portable and Benchtop Pressure Pumps / Comparators. The Portable comparators extend range up to 140 bar for Pneumatic and 5000 bar for Hydraulic pressures. Pressure Comparators above 5000 bar up to 7000 bar are available in the benchtop version. All these units are available as stand alone units or with Precision Digital Pressure Indicators as measuring standard.

Applications
The Mini HD-108 is a light weight (2.5 kg) easy to operate with features that make it ideal for laboratory and field calibration of Pressure Transducers, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches and other Pressure instruments.
Description
HD-108 is a Dual Piston Pressure Source with the ability to achieve high pressures with minimal effort. Fine Adjustment settings within 0.1mbar (10Pa) is provided by High-Quality Screw Press. The long pump lever with ergonomic grip enables smooth generation to high output pressures.
Two Hand Tight Quick Connectors, One for Test Instrument and One for Instrument to be Calibrated, provide fast and easy mounting and dismounting of Instruments. Back connection Gauges are calibrated without any additional adaptor.
The standard Connector is G1/4 (1/4”BSP Female). G1/2 (1/2”BSP Female) and 1/4 NPT Female Connectors are also available.
Standard Accessories
2 x 1/2″ NPT Female connections are supplied as standard. 2 x G1/2 (1/2”BSP Female) connections are supplied as alternatives to (or in addition to) BSP connections.
Optional Accessories
The wide ranges of NPT, BSP & Metric adaptors are supplied, when ordered separately.
Wide range of Digital Test Gauges are available with standard Traceable Calibration Certificates
UKAS / DAkkS accredited Calibration is provided, if ordered separately.

The Mini HD-106 is a Light Weight (2.5 kg) Benchtop & Portable Hydraulic Calibration Pump. High Quality Screw Press generates High pressure with High Resolution and maximum ease.
The Priming pump allows filling large volume, hence making it ideal for field Calibration of Pressure Transducers, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches and other Pressure instruments.
Two Hand Tight Quick Connectors, One for Test Instrument and One for Instrument to be Calibrated, provide fast and easy mounting and dismounting of Instruments.
The standard Connectors are G1/4 (1/4”BSP Female). G1/2 (1/2”BSP Female) Connector is also available.

Description
CEP Series Comparators are Benchtop High Pressure Hydraulic Comparator which generates Pressure up to 5000 bar. The High Quality Spindle Pump provides smooth and easy generation of pressure and Fine adjustment.
Two High Pressure 9/16-18 UNF Connections, One for Test Instrument and One for Instrument to be Calibrated, provide fast and easy mounting and dismounting of high Pressure Instruments. Finger-tight quick connectors G1/2 for <2000 bar is provided as alternate option.

High Accuracy Digital Pressure Test Gauge TPMG4 and MTR-Cal calibration software
