time electronics calibration pump kits
What we offer?
Budenberg Middle East offers Time Electronics Pressure Hand Pumps and Pressure Calibration kits widely used by technicians for calibration checks in laboratories and fields.
Both Pneumatic and Hydraulic Pumps are supplied as kit with or without Digital Test Gauge.
Time Electronics Pressure Hand Pumps and Pressure Calibration kits are widely used by technicians for calibration checks in laboratories and fields. These are designed for arduous use in the field or as a pressure source in test facilities. It is ideal for checking the calibration of gauges, pressure switches, transmitters, recorders, and much more.
The pneumatic pump is a combined vaccum and pressure pump with range from vacuum to 40 bar and hydraulic pump can generate pressure up to 700 bar. Both the versions are supplied as a kit.
The 7090 is a combined pressure and vacuum calibration hand pump that combines performance with rugged design from – 950 mbar to 40 bar (600 lb/in²).
The large comfortable handles with grips moulded into the design make it easy to control the instrument whilst pumping up to pressure. Features include protective caging for the vent valve guarding against accidental damage, and dual o-rings on all pistons to ensure zero leakage.
The 7090 is supplied as a kit with
- 1 meter of 6/4mm hose
- a selection of 5 fittings
- User manual
- Robust ABS carry case
The 7091 optional digital pressure gauges is available with range covering vacuum to 40 bar, 0.2% of full scale accuracy.
The digital gauge is supplied with traceable calibration certificate. UKAS Accredited Calibration certificate is supplied , if ordered.
The 7095 is a hydraulic calibration hand pump that combines performance with durable design with pressure generation up to 700 bar (10000 lb/in²).
The 7095 is designed for ease of use with a fully adjustable stroke control providing quick priming, easy pumping and a fast pressure generation up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). Fine control of the desired pressure is achieved with use of the vernier control.
The 7095 is supplied as a kit with:
- a minimess 1/4” BSP high pressure hose,
- 1/4” BSP blanking plug,
- spare washers, filters and o-rings
- User manual
- Robust ABS carry case
The 7096 optional digital pressure gauges is available with range covering 700 bar, 0.2% of full scale accuracy.
The digital gauge is supplied with traceable calibration certificate. UKAS Accredited Calibration certificate is supplied, if ordered.
The 7091 is a high-performance digital pressure gauge for vacuum to 40 bar (600 lb/in²) measurement. The robust design means that it can be used in critical environments where it is necessary to measure with accuracy, reproducibility, long-term stability and protection against dust.
The Gauge features include easy to use controls and an RS-232 port situated on the rear of the unit. Other features include:
- Vacuum to 40 bar (600 lb/in²)
- Accuracy 0.2% of full scale
- Up to 5000 hours battery life
- Easy-to-read display
- 5 digit resolution
- 3 times per second measure speed
- Ideal for use with the 7095 pump
The 7096 is a high-performance digital gauge for pressure measurement to 700 bar (10 000 lb/in²). The robust design means that it can be used in critical environments where it is necessary to measure with accuracy, reproducibility, long-term stability and protection against dust.
The Gauge features include easy to use controls and an RS-232 port situated on the rear of the unit. Other features include:
- Pressure up to 700 bar (10 000 lb/in²)
- Accuracy 0.2% of full scale
- Up to 5000 hours battery life
- Easy-to-read display

- 3 times per second measure speed
- Ideal for use with the 7095 pump
A high performance digital pressure gauge that has the ability to auto-range and maintain a 0.1% of reading accuracy from vacuum to 200 bar (3000 lb/in²).
The 7078 eliminates the need for multiple gauges to span many different ranges, solving the problem of over ranging errors. Both users and companies benefit by replacing several gauges with the 7078, with less maintenance and calibration required, saving both downtime and excessive costs.
The Gauge features include easy to use controls and an RS-232 port situated on the rear of the unit. Other features include:
- Vacuum to 200bar (3000psi)
- Accuracy 0.1% of reading
- 9 engineering units
- Silicone piezo resistive sensors
- Reads gauge & absolute pressure
- Easy to read backlit display
- Robust with protective rubber boot
The 7198 is a comprehensive selection of pressure adaptors, manufactured from stainless steel. Together with a range of accessories and hoses, the 7198 enables rapid connection of pressure instrumentation during calibration and test applications.
Housed in a rugged plastic case, the kit comprises of BSP (parallel), NPT (tapered) and metric threads, with both male and females threads terminated by a ¼ BSP male. The use of ¼ BSP (female) couplers allows unlimited combinations of threads to accommodate any possible requirement.
- Adaptors/fittings/connectors/hoses
- Metric/BSP/parallel/NPT adaptors
- Coupling connectors
- Quick release & minimess hoses
- 10″ adjustable spanner included
- Suitable for use with pumps
